We are not our thoughts and feelings. Accept the cracks, fill and repair them with meditation and observation. Healing will come with practice and time. Be the sky that holds the clouds of thoughts and feelings. 🙏🏻🤗

Also works when it is very cold. If you just stop and accept and embrace the fact your body is cold, your mind can overcome it.

I like to just sit there in the cold until my body is numb and I slowly drift off to a better place.
