Hey!

So I work in the corporate office for an industrial manufacturing company. Our main operations site works 6 days a week.

I’m trying to put together a proposal for management to convince them to bring it down to a 5 day work week at minimum.

I have talked to them ad-nauseam about the intangible benefits, but now I need to point to something concrete.

I would love some resources highlighting with evidence the effects to things like productivity, mental health, attrition, and even the bottom line if possible.

Thanks a bunch! and fuck Reddit I guess?! Skye

I don't have any resources myself, but you can try googling for "studies that show how shorter working hours increase productivity".
