I can see it and I gave it an upvote. Does it show up as a favorite?
Hello from Lemmy
Interesting
How do comments that are posted originally on lemmy show up on Mastadon?
Edit: Just to clarify, I know that it's possible but i want to know if it looks different from a comment originally posted in Mastadon. Also now I'm curious if edits like this show up correctly?
Magazine? Is a "magazine" the mastodon equivalent of a Lemmy community?
Kbin term for community
I see, so how is someone from Mastadon following a kbin community? Is that like a hashtag?
it's the kbin terminology.
I don't see any post from Mastodon or how to reply to it, I guess it didn't work.
Ahoy there sailor
Works perfectly. :)
@Haily thanks,
How good is that!
Definitely a cool feature, just wish it didnβt dump everything in the subject field when making posts. Also, it looks like you boost posts / comments to upvote them, which isn't exactly ideal if you plan on not pissing off literally all of your followers.
@Haily yeah I think that thereβs a lot of room for development. I did see someone else post some guidelines for cross posting from Mastodon. I think they did say there was a way to populate a subject and the post content separately.
Sorry, no magazines here: It's a community because Lemmy.
Seriously though, looks like it worked.
Looks like it worked to me.
