Are these the ISPs that got a lot of money to build fiber and then didn't build any fiber?

I believe it is. Maybe they should be forced to account for all that upgrade money they got but didn't spend on actual infrastructure upgrades.

We have been paying extra fees and taxes to the ISPs to build that fiber infrastructure, and now they also want the internet companies to pay. Time to let your congress person know that we will not put up with that

Citizens say US should make the ISPs invest all that sweet government money they got in our infrastructure.

Big telecom has to collect more federal welfare, than people actually on benefits, and its still not enough.
