KDE conndct, unless a windows update broke file transfers again.
On my pixel there's a Bluetooth option under the share menu... I'll try it with windows when I can
You need a Google account to send files from Android to Windows over Bluetooth now? Bruh.
You can use pairdrop.net to transfer files between any 2 devices on the same wifi/lan.

I use session, since it works anywhere without an account

i think syncthing is actually going to be a better solution for what i want to achieve (keep local music files on my phone on my PC too), but it's good to know these things.
Sync thing is great. I use session more as copy and paste buffer
