Scrolling through the All or Subscribed feed, it’ll show the name of the community (tech for example) but not which instance it’s from.

When you have multiple with the same name it can get confusing which it’s from.

Is there a way to add that next to the community name?

Currently, if you tap on the community name it brings up the community page which tells you what instance it’s on.

I do like the idea of having the community’s instance somewhere in the feed (maybe only if it’s not native to your home instance?), though.

The redesign contains the instance location inside of the larger post view, but at the moment it’s not inside of the card feed view. The much larger links tend to cause overlap easily, so it’ll take some work to get it in the card view. I’ll consider it.

If you tap on the community name it will show up the instance (just underneath). Its a workaround now but at least its there.

Maybe if it makes sense, memmy can have a setting to show instance for community. It already have a setting for showing instance for user
