Ate it with tons of maple syrup (man this is fucking expensive here in Germany...). Pan is a petromax FP25.

Nice! My SO and I usually make a berry compote to go with a Dutch baby (plus maple syrup, of course). Just simmer some berries (fresh or frozen) with sugar and citrus (zest and/or juice of lemon, lime, orange) for 15 minutes or so while you preheat the oven and make the Dutch baby.

I've never heard of this but it looks so good. All I've got is a tiny skillet; a suitable size for making eggs but I'm not sure what else. Is this something I can make with such a small pan?
