Take it from someone who used to deliver packages. Marking it as fragile means absolutely nothing to us. Something that arrives broken with the fragile sticker on it is the same as saying "I pulled out" after the test came back positive. If the shipper actually cares about the contents of the package they will insure it and pack it like they are shipping an egg that needs to survive a 12 foot drop.

Yeah I don’t doubt that it had a hard road to me in the back of the van or processing. Also, to be clear, I don’t blame the delivery person for the crappy delivery. I’d be willing to bet good money that they’re underpaid and being asked to deliver an unreasonable number of packages in a single day.
Aramex deserves the blame because they’re a shitty company.
I'm lucky that the Aramex driver that delivers to us is great. It's been the same guy since it was fastway. NZ Post couriers seem to change frequently. Had a stretch with a really good one that was always friendly.
