TMJ

I have TMJ and a year ago dislocated my jaw a year ago and now I have a displaced disc on the left side. I've had tmj all my life but that had made it a lot worse. My face has always been assymetrical to an extent but now it's worse. My masseters, scm, and traps blew up with the new dislaced disc. I swear it's also affecting my collar bone and ribs which would affect how much air I can bring in. My breathing has felt limited and gets worse when my muscles decide to get super tense.

Someone on the tmj Facebook group mentioned cranial torsion to me because it's like my tongue isn't centered in my mouth, it's on the left side. Then I saw that it can affect your breathing and also my face looks just like those in the pictures I just thought it was interesting and would share because it's either a wild coincidence or this explains stuff that I couldn't figure out why it was happening
