Shepard, from his narrow head and unique messy hairstyle. Rodney, from his relative height, wide build, round head, and short hair. The framing of the shot tells me that the characters are important and not just fillers, and all of the main/returning characters are fairly distinctive in appearance.
Also, I can't recall any other episode where so many broken darts were seen in one place other than Vegas, and no other characters besides Rodney and Shepard make any significant appearance.
