I read it. I liked the explanations of what she has tried to find relief. Of course there were some difficult portions in there too depending on your flavor of abuse. She doesn't shy away from subject matter and it is a bit graphic at times.
She also does a podcast over on YT called "Home. Made. Podcast" that I have enjoyed very much. The stories are very relatable and have a theme running through the episodes that people in this group might enjoy as well (finding home in your life - but also explaining the complexities encountered along the way). Many of them with life adversities that many of us probably share.
