I noticed that the Pot of Prosperity is getting reprinted as an Ultra Parallel Rare in The Pot Collection , and I was wondering if this will have any impact on the price? From what I've read, this is due to ship in September.

I've been wondering more generally, when do Yugioh card prices change in response to reprint news? Is it only once they're in circulation that the reprints affect the price? As soon as they're announced? Or some other time?
