I know a lot of people are doing it and I've done it with Sync, but I don't see a way to add a picture to a comment at all on Thunder.

Hmm I don't think that functionality exists at the moment. The good news is that the create comment screen is currently getting a major overhaul. It will soon match the create post screen. So I imagine posting images in comments will get added then :)

You can do it from thunder, at least with external image hosts.

Yeah, you can do it by links. But some other apps add it directly to the comment body without a link. You can do it on browser too I think.

I thought you just wanted at way to show images in a comment, not upload an image from local storage.

It's all good. Someone said that the submit comment screen is getting overhauled. So maybe it'll be there soon.
