My opinion would be in private first, then if there's no satisfactory resolution, to go public.

Unfortunately maraming power trip sa pinas, marami rin na mga karen na papansin. Ito yung mga nag re reklamo na di nakaharap sa kausap, umikot ikot yung ulo para maghanap ng kakampi sa mga tao sa paligid.

Daming ganyan. Yung iba gusto lang maka freebie, gagawa ng ingay para susuhulan sila ng products or servicea na extra.

Same din sa online, siyempre PR con-todo si management, post din sa online na "please visit us again, let us make it up to you". Alam na diba.
