I wonder how many people have unlocked the conquest card variant this month. I have only bought 3 things because everything is so expensive.

I was super stoked when I first heard of Conquest mode. I liked that it had its own show. The prices got so ridiculous it's not worth investing the hour plus it can sometimes take to get mediocre merchandise. I felt that the first season was good and fair. I at least was able to buy a random variant with the winnings. Now, forget it. It's does have its special place but it's not worth it to me when we're talking time vs rewards, but don't get me wrong, the current cache system (minus the big ones) suck too. I did match up with a player (who in my opinion was not good--maybe a bot) had the Sinister variant and was playing a super old school patriot deck.
