Look at all the nothing they're wasting that money on instead of actually helping Iowans. They could be using that to help with inflation, or job security, improving infrastructure, instead they're going to stare at a wall while ironically Iowans need that labor come harvest

Those laws were to help the children of course! It's nothing sinister, it's so boy George can help out paw with the harvest! What 13 year old doesn't look forward to getting to work?
