Ironically, this means that unfortunately, Constitutional Free Speech is out the window to ensure that honest, on-topic, civil, and informed discussions can take place. Honestly, writing letters is one of easiest ways. The local public libraries are a great resource to write and print en masse. I think, especially now, mailing out to the public regarding local, Federal, State, or City-wide changes that may go under the radar through general Social Media.
