This is an interesting signing if it pans out as this player doesn't really fit into current roster rules in MLS for FC Cincinnati. This may be an indication that with Messi signing for Miami, MLS may be loosening roster restrictions league-wide

Does Cincinnati not have an open DP spot? Didn't they just sell Brenner?

I believe that third DP slot is for an Under-23 player. Which this player is not
