ie. Trump is still playing by his 'Art of the Deal' rules rather than regular international diplomacy.

Instead of presenting what he really wants and compromising with the wants of others to get there, he's putting out outlandish, outrageous ideas and haggling for the things he really wants as his 'compromise'

It's pretty pretty standard haggling, but that's going to be awful for world stability as eventually, someone is going to call his bluff and he's going to have to do some truly despicable things in order to keep his position.
