Referencing DEI is the new rightwing abstraction deployed by Republicans to conceal their anti-Black racism

Although not far fetched I would say, somewhat ironically, that DEI is more inclusive than that and gets used to denounce anyone who is an 'other' to them. Black, brown, non-christian, women, or any of the stripes of our rainbow friends are all DEI hires to them.
