Cool, I like 'origin stories' for recipes. Have you tried it, OP?

Not yet, but it looks good so I def will be lol, if you like recipe origin stories you'll love his channel. His videos are all about historical recipes and their origin, his website has just the recipe text for when you're actually cooking it https://www.tastinghistory.com/
