Currently trying to come up with a way to make them more than one at a time.
What're ya working with? Seems like it'd be easy enough to do an op1 and op2 pair in soft jaws per kurt vise.
That's actually pretty much what I've got now, a single soft jaw in a Kurt vise with a mid program flip. Problem is there are like, 8 tools in the program, and the single part ends up taking about 3 minutes. We make hundreds of them a year, usually 50+ at a time. It's not the worst, but I would prefer a few minutes of setup and then 15 minutes of running.
I am thinking about a fixture plate of some kind where I can at least do op1 in a batch of 10 to help tool changes and labor. I'll post it if I come up with something by next run 😄
Oh yeah, a high density fixture plate seems like the right call then!
