More competition for huge film corporations would help, too. I cheer when I hear about one breaking up or closing. They're not "studios", they're factories. More competition might lead to some anti-trust lawsuits to expose the inner workings.
Lets ask the executives who they think should be replaced, since they're the only ones whose opinions matter in the current system.
