I'm pretty sure that my friends like me, but I care too much about what strangers who get the wrong impression about me on the one and only time they'll ever see me think of me.
I care too much about what a person I met 10 years ago and never saw again thinks of me.
One time someone came up to me and yelled “OMG Pancake! Do you remember me”, and I had no idea who this person was, so I said “no”, and then they called me an asshole and I’ve never seen them again.
I still think about it when going to sleep, 14 years later.
I have no idea where they know me from or who they were.
