Damn the android app is such a mess - every time you switch away from the login page (to get credentials from your password manager for example) the login process resets and you have to do it all over - no new users will use this until stuff like this is fixed.
(not to mention that you get a 500 very frequently when even trying to click the login button - or it taking upwards of 10 seconds to register even when it works)
looks neat and more fediverse is more good - but in it's current state nobody that isn't super hardcore will be bothered to deal with the hassle.
