Why? Modern power supplies are very efficient and don't produce much heat. Some don't even turn the fan on until they are under heavy load. Water cooling something that runs on about 400 volts seems like a bad idea.

Putting your power supply on the same liquid cooling loop as your CPU and/or graphics card sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.
