Yes that's a real lemonade-making guillotine, built by Rusty. You might have noticed a plaque above the lemonade sign. That would be her name, Term Limits.

If Rusty Cage made music with a leftist message, I assure you that it was either unintentional or insincere. The guy's something of a fashy edgelord.

He's an edgelord for sure, but I can tell you with certainty that he is explicitly leftist in his messaging. It's been there for a while in his music, but came into focus within his videos after he went cold turkey sober for a month.
