“sudo system install…path-to-guest-utilities-disk”

doesn’t seem to work

Do I need to take additional steps to install packages to the base OS general?

That link is for Debian but the base system on BlendOS is Arch

The main system on BlendOS so that I can enable things like clipboard sharing, drag and drop, usb sharing, etc.

Right now I’m getting a “disk is read only” error even though I’m using “sudo system install” like the documentation says.

https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/virtualbox-guest-utils/

If you install virtualbox from the Arch repo, try installing this package from the arch repo

Ok but the base Arch system in BlendOS is read only. How do I unlock it and install from AUR?

I think its sudo system install virtualbox-guest-utils
