Fuck XP. I'm sick of pairing 8hrs a day on a headset with a junior dev (I have 12yrs experience) with the same title as them and no recognition. It's exhausting.

Another great example of someone that does not understand XP and blames the tools because they don't care enough to know how to use them.

I get it, JIRA is old and we need something new, but if you can't present a comparative SWOT analysis in your article, it's just a rant.

PS: Miro is an awful tool for most use cases. Two can play this game :)
