Good luck getting people to actually do that. Also a lot of modern phones still utilize wifi even when it’s “off” for location services because they disrespect user autonomy by default

fuck corporate landlords and fuck scumbags who make products like this that enable them. The peasants should be allowed to have social gatherings from time to time without having to invest 450,000 dollars into a house

Wifi or Bluetooth doesn't necessarily get turned off when in airplane mode, so turning off the phones would be a more certain way of defeating this method.
