Add things you want ensconced as freedoms for sub members and responsibilities for elected officials as individual comments in this thread. Anything with a positive number of up votes will go into the first draft. We'll compose the first draft in one week.

I think I could be the constitutional monarch and you could be something like a prime minister leading a government of people below you.
