Poor people, brainwashed from the start of their life, undertrained and sent to fight and die for a war that even for the russians themselves does not make much sense
pressure-fueled indoctrination probably makes people not very dynamic, both tactically and strategically. the war against Ukraine is not a damn counterinsurgency.
