I just joined after seeing another post. The attached is my go-to queso chip dip. It's also an ingredient in the crunch wrap. I like this recipe over the more complicated ones since I always have the shelf stable ingredients on hand and it mixes up in less than minute.

I'm not certain of the chile brand since i don't do the shopping, but these Rio Luna chiles look familiar. I throw the whole can contents in the Vitamix along with whatever cashews I have on hand, raw or not. I've been known to steal the cashews from a bag of trail mix from time to time.
