Great! More parts and personnel it needs and doesn't have! Russia is such a big brain at war.
Looks like they are putting a old 1970-80's towed artillery on one of their common military trucks. So they have lots of parts for both.
Fills two needs - helps to replace their SPG losses and utilizes older equipment with limited use in the current conflict.
It's another Frankensteined up setup.
