I'd still try to take the train. If you can get the bags to the taxi you should also be able to get them to the train and then possibly get a taxi/Uber/bolt from the station in Malmö to your final destination :)

Many taxis in Malmö and probably at CPH airport have a big price tag for the Öresund transit, so you can see it directly when you approach the taxi. You only have to be aware whether it's given in Danish or Swedish krones.
However, a colleague of mine managed to go by Öresundståg with his three large trolley bags without any problems.

As far as I can remember, yes, and some where pretty big, as they are advertising the Öresund transit. Yet, I cannot find an example picture on Google. The only one I've found was for a general trip of 12 minutes/10 km:
You also can find white price lists attached to the rear side windows, yet these are smaller.
However, while going by train will cost about 15 €, going by taxi will cost about 80 € (or even more, at least this is the price I've found).
