They said "wherever possible," so I expect there to be no change with regards to Sony continuing to create exclusive contracts to keep Squared biggest games off of Xbox.

Unless it was part of a Call of Duty contract with Microsoft or something. Or the Sony deal was only for a few years, or it would cancel when FF16 failed to sell a certain number of copies.
Promises are nice, but Sony's pockets are nicer.
