Tried logging in from Connect, Jerboa, and PC browser with no luck today. They all connected to lemmy.world just fine though. Is there any external site to notify when the instance is down?

yeh me too. my apps can't connect. lucky I have an alt on .world. hopefully not a hack 🤞

Same. Haven't been able to log in since yesterday. Logged into my lemmy.world alt.

Yepp same here, can't access the site. The API itself does return an error, saying the database has given up the ghost...

There is a service to check status of popular instances, but for some reason HTTPS doesn't work on it
