Explanation: The bust at center is the Emperor Hadrian, traditionally counted as one of the 'Five Good Emperors'. As the chart shows, you can place his activities as Emperor as quite... varied.

I must note that his favorite teenage sexual partner was not a slave, but a free provincial. Not that it makes any less concerning by modern standards that a 40+ year old man is fucking a 13-17 year old boy (accounts on when they met vary, but tend towards 15-17 and lasted until he died at the age of 19 or 20).
