Oh wow, there is literally no joke in this without Heathcliff, I sure wonder what hilarious shenanigans that cat is up to in the origi- there's still no joke.
Is there a prize for most pointless cartoon or something?
In the comments from the previous comic there was the question of if these were costumes or meat golems. Thanks to this panel, we now know that they are meat golems because bacon is incredibly thin, too thin for it to be a costume that size.
This one doesn't have a joke. Instead it has Eldritch Ham. It "fleshes" the Heathcliff universe out a bit. Bacon bits.
I stand corrected, this is epic storytelling.
