Motley Crue's Vince Neil is involved in a car accident that killed his passenger, Hanoi Rocks' drummer Nick "Razzle" Dingley and seriously injures two people in another vehicle. He is arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol. In July, 1986 he would be sentenced to a thirty day jail term, five years probation and $2.6 million in restitution to the victims of the crash, as well as two hundred hours of community service. Vince was released from jail after twenty days.
