Lokas is an application (for Android or iOS smartphones) that allows you to transcribe the voice of people participating in a meeting into a text file. Basically, during a meeting : you put the phone in the middle of the table, press the ‘Record’ button at the start of the meeting and the ‘Stop’ button at the end. A few minutes later, the application sends you a text file containing the sentences spoken by everyone.
