I'll start.

“There’s no need to call me ‘sir,’ Professor.”

Ooops. New to Lemmy and don’t reply properly.

From Philosopher’s/Sorcerer’s Stone

“They stuff people’s heads down the toilet first day at Stonewall,’ he told Harry. ‘Want to come upstairs and practise?’ ‘No thanks,’ said Harry. ‘The poor toilet’s never had anything as horrible as your head down it – it might be sick.’ Then he ran, before Dudley could work out what he’d said.”

No worries! I love that one, too! Harry running off before Dudley can figure it out makes it even better!

Not sure I remember it from the books but I loved the “Well I am the chosen one” line followed by the book smack from Hermoine. Always get a chuckle out of me from HBP.

Just found this sub, so I have one to add!

"I think I can tell the wrong sort for myself, thanks."

Also just remembered one more favorite, when Umbridge is being dragged away by Centaurs.

"I'm sorry, Professor. But I must not tell lies."
