It seems some people in the comments of the post have said there are issues with their installations after upgrading to 2024.12.0. I might recommend waiting for .1 if you’re not too fussed about having the brand newest software.

I’ve created an automation to skip automaticaly all the HA "new update available" events until we pass the 15th of the month. And unskip them after the 15th (as it could happens than no new update is published after the 15th... but it’s quite rare).

Combined with full backup, i never had a issue that couldn’t be reversed quickly.

Good advice for anything really. If it ain't broke, especially something I trust to automate so much of my life now, I always wait a day or two to see the reactions before diving in.
