Indirectly yes, as the Falkland isles were named after the Falkland Sound between the two main isles which was named after Anthony Cary, 5th Viscount Falkland who's title is named after the Falkland palace close by the depicted town Falkland in Scotland.

The wee house with the towers is The Violin Shop, owned (or was) by, and I quote, "Bob Beveridge (ex-CID)"
His many claims to fame include being local giude to Johnny Cash and Andy Williams when they came to visit the area, because Cash's ancestors came from Strathmiglo, just down the road. Apparently they all got smashed for days
Odd way to take the photo; if you turned round 180° there's a massive, beautiful medieval palace, a church, and a lovely thatched row house where Gav Broon's family used to stay
