Just wanted to point out that it's the first "woman" in 20 years. They execute people every year (?), or at least much more regularly than every 20 years.

Also, looking at the article she had 30g of heroin and the guy they executed yesterday had 50g. These people aren't a scourge on society, they just have substance abuse problems. Way to punish the victims.
