What an effort to make that first down, unbelievable!

Welp. As usual the team looked like sloppy undisciplined trash but this time we didn’t have the high end talent to bail us out. Watching this team is just brutal.

Our longest winning streak this season; Lets keep it going!

I just saw that Kittle is out. Shucks.

Oh what? That's a blow :-(

At least McCaffrey is finally healthy!

[–] sanguinepar 2 points 1 month ago

Yeah, although Mason has stepped up pretty well. Great to have options!

His name is Brock! And he is Purdy! His name is Brock! The one and only!

[–] ThayWizGwar 2 points 1 month ago (1 children)

And he is so young. I hate to do it, but I'm getting Montana vibes. Am I crazy?

[–] sanguinepar 2 points 1 month ago

Ha, it would be AMAZING. Someone should buy the movie rights just in case!

Offense may be faltering and full of mistakes and penalties, but godDAMN the defense is getting the job done. What an amazing stop on 4th!

I wish to retract the above. What the hell was that??

Two failed challenges are going to cost the Niners when they need to get up the field late on. Frustrating.

Great recovery from the D though, restricting them to a long FG (which was dispatched impressively to be fair).

The penalties, the turnovers, the mistakes, it's a discipline issue and that goes straight to the head coach.

Edit: more fucking penalties!

[–] sanguinepar 2 points 1 month ago

Honestly, sometimes I could fucking throttle Bosa... That offside was unforgivable 😡😡

Fingers crossed for the last drive

Season's done. We ain't making the playoffs.

[–] sanguinepar 1 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Certainly don't deserve to. And would likely get annihilated if we did.

Absolutely embarrassing capitulation yet again. Too many mistakes, too many penalties, too many bizarre play calls (what in the name of sweet baby Jesus was that throw to Deebo so he could throw to CMC?!?)

Absolutely infuriating to watch and just not good enough. Are they playing for a good spot in the draft?

I think we don't need to be desperate yet. Arizona is leading NFC West with 6-4 and all other teams are 5-5. I think Washington (7-4) will take the last wild card, but we can still fight for division winner. It's likely that the last week game SF @ ARI will decide the division winner

[–] sanguinepar 1 points 1 month ago

Well, let's hope so. Something just doesn't feel right about the team just now though.

Losing a game to NFC West rivals in the last drive.

Well, at least not a funny lose
