What does the block domain feature explicitly block? Because I tried blocking a couple of lemmy domains, yet I see those very domains appear under my thread feed. As a result I've had to block the magazines belonging to said domains. Am I doing something wrong, or do I just have a misunderstanding of this feature?

I'm interested in this too. I've blocked a couple of domains, and that helps, but now and then they still pop up.

afaik blocking a domain should prevent you from seeing it's magazines and whatever the users from it post.
