Well, that's a bit awkward...

Yeah, it's over for him. We all know referees have biases but they're never supposed to admit to them. Though this wouldn't be an issue if they actually tried to be consistent.

Good refs can overcome their bias, terrible refs can't and brag about it.

This. I've been hearing some media say that everyone has biases and the problem is he went on video with it, no mate, as a professional, you tamper them down. Imagine someone not being able to play their keeper against United because the keeper supported them as a kid and so doesn't try his best. That's insane.
