Don't let Disney in on it. They'll spend $12M on N-passes then claim they have absolute copyright for eternity.
Just write into the contract they do not actually own the actual pass, but a temporary license for a single use that expires on use or if they attempt to resell, bypass, alter or duplicate the licence in any way.
With a clause that they can never sue you in the future if they buy the pass once.
