I'm unclear how this relates to the existing Google Weather app (which doesn't seem to be an app, so much as a thing provided by some Google service).
The only difference I can see is that Pixel Weather does not have the frog, which is an unforgivable regression and entirely blocks my use of it. 0/10. Do not want.
Getting rid of the frog is part of Google being done with the "don't be evil" thing.
